When you log into Yoro using your Google or Apple account, we collect:

During registration, you will also provide:

• A call name, which you may freely choose. It does not need to be your real name.
• Gender, which you may set to “prefer not to say.”

User-generated Content

Yoro allows you to interact with AI characters by sending messages. These messages are stored securely in our backend and processed through external Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by:

• OpenAI
• Google Gemini
• Groq

We do not use your interactions for any other purpose beyond processing by these services to provide the core functionality of the App.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We utilize third-party services for analytics and error reporting:

• PostHog: to collect usage data and analytics to help us improve Yoro.
• Sentry: to collect error logs and crash reports to help us identify and resolve issues.

Push Notifications

Yoro uses push notifications, which require your explicit opt-in. Push notifications are used for:

• AI characters to communicate directly with you.
• Informing you about key announcements and important updates.

You can manage your notification preferences through your device settings.

Device Locale

Yoro may use your device’s locale information, including timezone and language settings, to customize your user experience, such as providing content and interactions tailored to your preferences.
